Brilliant service for Zac at CME, arrived Sunday morning and had a look around the van inside and out and then test drove it. Was happy with the test drive but wanted to look over the vehicle again so Zac left me while I spoke to my wife and inspected the van again and made our decision. (Not once felt pressured into buying it)
Drive the van 40 miles home with no problems. The sales process was smooth and documentation was signed into my name and all my questions answered.
The bonnet latch had previously snapped but CME had already ordered the part and was on delivery and posted to me after I had bought van.
Contacted the day after the sale to make sure I got home ok and was happy with the van. Never had that before after a sale, nice little touch.
Excellent communication thoughout.
Will deal with CME again in the future.

Fantastic customer service from Zak & Stephen. Not many vehicle dealers even main dealers will call you the day after the sale to see how you’re getting on. Also the six month warranty speaks volumes on how CME stand by the vehicles they sell.
I started a new business last year and needed a van but I didn’t want to just buy any cheap van that would possibly become a problem for me. So I took my time and did some research.
After spending 3 to 4 months researching vans and speaking with other contractors in my industry as I do high mileage I decided I wanted a Mercedes Vito as I needed something that’s very robust.
I contacted Cheshire motor Exchange when I seen them advertising a Mercedes Vito I was interested in.
As you do checked reviews online and they certainly put me at ease. Buying a new vehicle especially one that you require for your livelihood can be a mine field.
Called CME on Thursday and arranged a meeting on Thursday afternoon.
Collected the van on Friday and did a 200+ mile round trip to the east coast to give it a good run. So far so good really happy few niggles but only to be expected on a van the has done 88k.
As mentioned previously I’m feeling positive if I do have any issues in the first 6 months CME will get them resolved.
That is certainly the kind of support needed for a small business owner.

Following a long search for a Toyota Hylux right spec right price found one at Cheshire Motor Exchange.
Rang and discussed with Zack and arranged to visit and view.
Found a Hylux in Immaculate condition for its year, fully serviced and cleaned.
Left to inspect at my leasure Followed by a good long road test.
Agreed to purchase with ownership and service details / copies sorted by Steve.
Company will deliver vehicle to customer address which happened as agreed (to Glasgow)
I have now owned the truck for couple of weeks and it's performing just as a Hylux should.

I saw an add for a van on Facebook marketplace which I liked the look of and got in touch with Zak to arrange a viewing. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, offered tea and coffee etc. after viewing and test driving I made the decision to purchase the van, paperwork and payment was made really easy and comfortable. Unfortunately the engine management light appeared as I was driving off the car park, I notified Zak and straight away he made a phone call and took me to a local approved mechanic to diagnose the fault. Once diagnosed Zak put a few options on the table for me to choose from, In the end I drove away in the van and had a local mechanic do the work for my convenience as I live 50 miles away. Cheshire Motor Exchange paid for all work carried out including diagnosis. So all in all I would recommend anyone to visit them for their next vehicle, it's a really laid back atmosphere for your comfort with top tier professionalism you can trust. Thank You.
